Free estimates are exactly that — free, with no obligation. A signed written quote becomes a binding agreement only after both parties sign it. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Standard residential payment schedule: a deposit on contract signing, balance due upon completion and walk-through. Exact terms appear in your signed quote. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards (3% processing surcharge applies to card payments).

Where work requires a City of Pflugerville permit or HOA approval, we prepare and submit the application as part of standard service. The customer is responsible for permit fees (typically itemized on the quote). Approval timelines are outside our control.
Customer may cancel a signed contract within 3 business days of signing without penalty. After that, deposit may be retained to cover materials ordered or labor scheduled. Specific cancellation terms appear in your signed quote.
Our maximum liability for any single project is limited to the total contract value of that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.
Disputes will first attempt resolution through direct discussion. If unresolved, disputes go to non-binding mediation in Travis or Williamson County, TX. Litigation, if necessary, will be in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
