Yes. We prepare the ARC submittal package (site drawings, finish samples, color chips, expected start/end). Avery Ranch typical review: 2–4 weeks.
No. 25 minutes from Pflugerville — on our normal route west — same route as Cedar Park jobs.
Mostly. Avery Ranch sits on a mix of clay loam and limestone shelf depending on the section. Some areas need shallower excavation; we adjust at estimate.
Most patterns are approved. Bold custom patterns sometimes get sent back. We pre-check against the approved list before submittal.
